Developed in response to overwhelming request, Griffin Alkyd Fast Drying Oil Colors dry faster than traditional oils but not as fast as acrylics. All Griffin Alkyd colors remain workable on the palette for 4-8 hours, are touch dry on the canvas in 18-24 hours and dry to a uniform satin finish.The quick speed of drying for these genuine oils allows techniques such as impasto and glazing to be achieved in considerably less time. And greater transparency than traditional oils gives increased depth and clarity to glazes while consistent drying times make overpainting easier, regardless of the color on the canvas.
Pebeo Studio Acrylic 100ml Studio High Viscosity Acrylic is a satin finish acrylic, it is particularly suited to work in dimension, because of its thick consistency. It retains the brush or painting knife mark and can be used pure or with Pebeo Studio Acrylic auxiliaries, depending on the desired effect. Studio Acrylic are known for bright colours and deep, richly pigmented, with a satin finish and very good lightfastness. Very adherent and indelible once dry, suitable for most surfaces. Can be mixed together. Resistant film and flexible to movement. Colours are dry to the touch within 30 minutes to 1hr and can be applied to a variety of surfaces, from canvas to paper, card, wood and metal. Available in 62 colours; 48 standard colours, 4 metallic, 7 Dyna and 3 fluorescent. Also included are Phosphorescent colours, which glow in the dark.
