FW Acrylic Ink can be used straight out of the dropper, or diluted to achieve the most subtle of tones. The ink comes in a bottle of 29.5ml, with a dispensing lid and the ink can be applied using a traditional brush, as well as an airbrush, technical pen, and paint marker – making it ideal for producing technical illustrations and finely worked drawings. As well as using the colour in its raw state, it can be diluted to create subtle washes to which you can then add further layers. Daler Rowney FW Artists Acrylic Inks 29.5ml FW Artists’ Ink is an acrylic-based, pigmented, water-resistant ink (on most surfaces) in a range of 38 colours, all of which have either a 3 or 4 star rating for permanence. Such a high degree of lightfastness over such a range of fully intermixable colours makes them ideal for use by artists in the production of pictures for permanent display. Equally, however, colours can be substantially diluted to achieve the most subtle of tones, very similar in character to watercolour. Such washes will dry to a water-resistant film on virtually all surfaces and successive layers of colour can be laid over. FW Artists’ Inks work well through airbrushes and technical pens. Daler Rowney FW acrylic ink dries to a lightfast and water-resistant finish, and is suitable for use with glass, wood, ceramics, paper, board and mount decoration. The colours are intermixable. Pots include droppers. DELIVERY & RETURNS UK DELIVERYWe use Whistl, Royal Mail or Parcelforce, unless stated or selected otherwise. Please note, where the tracking is from Whistl the final delivery will still be made by Royal Mail. Whistl process parcels by size and location and delivery to the recipients nearest Royal Mail depot for final delivery. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands, you will be charged the same as any other UK resident for most orders. For larger parcels (weighing over 2kg or measuring over 60cm in length) we will need to send by courier and may have to either ask for additional postage or cancel the order.
