Hobby Heaven 🎨 Kolinsky Sable Brushes Series 4 — Natural Birch Handle Series 4 is our kolinsky sable range with a natural honey-gold birch handle. Same kolinsky hair, same nickel-plated ferrule, same point retention and paint flow as our Series 3 — just a warmer, lighter handle for painters who prefer the natural wood look. ℹ️ Already own Series 3 (black handle)? This is the same brush. Choose whichever handle colour suits your preference — or use different colours to organise your brush roll at a glance. 🔍 What is Kolinsky Sable? Kolinsky sable hair comes from the tail of the Siberian weasel (Mustela sibirica).
