We now offer Acid Tactical ADHESIVE stencils / Paint masks. Our stencils will not leave sticky glue residue behind. They were designed to remove cleanly and not effect the paint. For use with airbrush, spray, gun coatings, duracoat, cerakote, and other spray paints. Stencils are heat resistant on both metal and polymers. They do not shrink on ABS and Polymers when flash curing like the yellow avery paper. They leave little to no adhesive behind so no messy clean up. If small sections of the design overlaps a corner it may not adhere well. Use scissors to trim any excess that doesn’t want to adhere. Useful Tools: Exacto knife – Can be used to remove sticker and also to form sticker in tight angles. Scissors – To trim excess stencil STENCILING STEPS: 1. Temperature can affect the stickiness of the mask. Your project should be at least 65 degrees F. Avoid humidity, stencils will curl if stored in a humid area. Keep dry during storage. 2. Clean off the project to remove any dust or paint residue. Be sure to have clean hands and refrain from touching the adhesive side during application. 3. Apply the stickers to your project. Using a sharp edge such as an exacto knife or razor blade will make it easier to remove and apply the stencils. 4. After applying the stencils to your project paint directly at the object.
