Returns Policy Most new, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of shipment delivery for a full refund. ( This only includes shipping costs should the item be found faulty or damaged when delivered). Lipstick, Make Up and Body Products can NOT be returned due to health and safety reasons. GloManiaUSA will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ex: incorrect or defective item).
