As a result, the return process for a package like this can sometimes take 3-4 weeks before the package can be retrieved and resent out. If the reason for the return was the buyers fault (incomplete address for example), there will be a return fee associated with having the package sent back to us and we will then have to charge again to have it resent back out. This situation rarely happens (less than 1%) but it does happen once in a while. These notes are simply as a disclaimer and for your knowledge.
