Activating and Using the Ink on Your Acrylic Paint Markers Each pen is individually wrapped to assure you that they are not previously used and to lengthen the shelf life of the ink. 1.Keep the tip/nib up and shake the pen up and down for about 20 times, so that the paint will mix evenly. 2.Open the cap and press the tip/nib up and down until the ink starts to flow. 3.The paint dries very quickly so cover the cap every after use and store it horizontally. 4.Clean and dry stones, rocks, pots and ceramic with the microfiber cloth included in your art paint pen bundle before painting them. 5.Apply a primer first on your art medium. You can use the white color acrylic pen, but may need 2 to 3 coating until the background looks full. 6.Apply a clear/transparent acrylic sealer (not included) for porcelains before baking them at 350˚F to to 450˚F for about 30 minutes. This will ensure that your wonderful design is completely permanent and won’t fade when washed.
