Some of the tubes have dents in them, and a very small percentage have a little paint around the threads where there was leakage during shipping due to a loose cap, but I guarantee there are no leaks in the tubes and they are full and unused. I have no affiliation with the Winsor & Newton Company and do not obtain my paints directly from them, but I guarantee all items are full and unused.
